Core Competency: Hybrid Industrial Intelligence

We move beyond simple statistics to address the industry’s most critical challenge: The Data Gap. Unlike “black-box” AI that fails without massive datasets, we deploy a dual-engine AI approach that blends physical laws with data-driven learning:

  • Engine 1: Knowledge-Based Initialization – Solving the “Cold Start”: We eliminate the need for years of historical data by seeding our neural networks with known engineering relationships. Our models initialize with a rigid knowledge component representing the physical baseline—derived from engineering laws, design limits, and standards like API 579-1, EN1991, and EN1993. This ensures that even with limited operational history, our models remain physically accurate and compliant from Day 1.
  • Engine 2: Physics-Informed “Virtual Sensors”– Real-Time Sensing: We treat physics not as a static input, but as a dynamic constraint during the optimization process. By leveraging real-time FEA and CFD Surrogate Models, we discover unknown parameters and model complex scenarios where data is sparse. This enables “Virtual Sensing”—predicting stress, fatigue, and flow dynamics internally where physical sensors cannot reach.

  • Data Reconstruction: If engineering data is missing, we do not wait. We implement a full Digital Twin environment that supports 1D, 2D, and 3D data. Uniquely, our in-house engineering team provides Data Reconstruction to restore missing 3D models and datasets, ensuring the twin is powered by high-fidelity inputs.
  • Governance & Cybersecurity: We establish master data ownership, validation rules, and audit trails while ensuring all integrations comply with strict cybersecurity standards, role-based access control, and network segmentation requirements.

  • Total and per-site installed capacity and fleet navigation
  • Per-site KPIs: Power, Production, Specific Yield, Performance Ratio (PR)
  • Sensor irradiation (POA) and satellite irradiation references for fair benchmarking
  • Map-based site navigation and operational metadata (commissioning, last data import)
    Purpose: quickly rank sites, identify underperformers, and focus attention where impact is highest.
