Our Piping Engineering Capabilities
Piping and Structural Design for Onshore Rigs
- Perform 3D modeling of piping systems, equipment, and associated components.
- Design and prepare structural supports and piping supports.
- Produce detailed shop drawings for fabrication and installation.
- Prepare and review isometric drawings, P&IDs, and material take-offs (MTOs).

Piping Engineering: Documentation & Coordination
- Review and verify supplier technical documents, material certificates, PED compliance, DoC/CoC, welding procedures (WPS/PQR/WPQ), and inspection/test reports (NDT, pressure test).
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (ASME B31.3, EN13480, EN13445, ASME VIII Div.1, etc.).
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, procurement, vendors, and subcontractors for technical clarifications and issue resolution.
- Support inspection, quality assurance, fabrication, erection, and commissioning activities.
- Provide technical support at site, respond to TQs, issue field change notes, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Participate in site walk-downs, punch listing, meetings, and progress reporting.
