Automation system design for stone crushing plant.
Design of control and monitoring system for actuators in plant such as conveyors, crusher, feeder, vibration sieve… Programming PLC to make sure the operation strictly follow requirement. Design an HMI graphic for monitoring also controlling the operation, parameters of actuators. Integrated signals of sub-Motor Control Center from device supplier into overall HMI.
Extend SCADA system for Battery Stations at PV plant.
Extend SCADA system to integrate expansion battery stations into existing PV Plant.
Inspect at existing signals list and hardwares, connection diagrams, wiring schematics… to evaluate for connection protocols and new hardware. Build BOM, new wiring schematics also connection diagrams for new equipments. Finally, design new graphic for SCADA system.
